Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for memberships to The Evidence Desk LLC. Because our memberships provide immediate access to digital content and community resources, please read this carefully before purchasing.

Summary: Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis through our membership provider, Whop. Submit requests within a reasonable time by emailing theevidencedesksupport@gmail.com. You can cancel recurring plans at any time through Whop.

1. Digital Access

Our memberships grant immediate access to digital materials (strategies, code, the Kill List, the Edge Bank, AI agents, and the Discord community). Because access is granted right away, all sales are considered final except as described in this policy.

2. Refund Requests (Case-by-Case)

We understand that circumstances vary. If you are not satisfied, you may request a refund by emailing theevidencedesksupport@gmail.com with your order details and the reason for your request. We review each request individually and, where approved, refunds are issued through Whop to your original payment method. Approval is at our reasonable discretion and may take into account factors such as how much content you have accessed and the time since purchase.

3. Cancelling a Recurring Plan

If you are on a monthly or yearly plan, you may cancel auto-renewal at any time through your Whop account. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of your current paid billing period, and you will not be charged again. Cancelling does not automatically generate a refund for the current period unless approved under Section 2.

4. One-Time & Lifetime Purchases

One-time and lifetime plans are paid up front for ongoing access. Refund requests for these plans are also handled case-by-case under Section 2.

5. Chargebacks

If you have a billing concern, please contact us first — we want to make it right. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us may result in immediate and permanent termination of your access. Fraudulent chargebacks may be contested with evidence of access and use.

6. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed through Whop and its payment partners. The time for funds to appear depends on your bank or card issuer, typically several business days.
